Waited in line for an hour and a half

Average, didn't feel the enthusiasm.

Excellent

Like: That after a V E R Y L O N G wait, I was offered an opportunity to upgrade
Dislike: Too many staff behind the desk not attending to anything, then saying the computers were down, resulting in overly long wait

When picking up the car, the rental company messed up the order number, causing a 2-hour delay in my trip.

Like: Easy in and out, shuttle quickly available
Dislike: Car wasnt cleaned very well. The interior windshield was streaked and hard to see out with the sun directly on it.

Large company, relatively well-regulated

Like: Armada was in good condition. 4WD option was nice for trip to Yellowstone. Drop off was painless
Dislike: Printer was broken so agent had to fill in form by hand. Got Armada because it was the first set of keys agent picked up, even though Expedition I reserved was in the parking lot. Decided not to switch because I didn’t want to walk back inside with two little ones. Car had 36,000 miles and ran fine, even though I was told on the phone my rental would likely have under 5000 miles on it.

Waited for over two hours, and the car they gave me wasn't the model I reserved.

Dislike: guy at the counter was very unprofessional and slow to be of help

Like: I was three hours early checking in. I was told that car I reserved was not available at that time. Rather than wait, only vehicle available was a Ford Explorer for additional $120. Seemed unusual that you only had this vehicle available for almost 50% more!
Dislike: I think I was "upsold".

Long waiting times in line. I booked a mid to large SUV, and they gave me a RAV4, claiming it's the same category. After a strong protest, they reluctantly gave me a Ford Edge.

The queue was very long, waited for a long time with no assistance.

Good service, easy to locate, polite staff

Like: Our Corolla equivilant was a Hyundai Accent. Great gas mileage (40 mpg+) but struggled gettin up hills.
Dislike: Was told to have vehicle back at 11:30 but charged an extra hour when we returned at 11:40. Most companies give a 1 hour grace period.

Waited in line for an hour. And it was at Dollar.

Like: location is perfect....makes for easy return and super easy access to airport terminals. Thank You!
Dislike: Cost, not sure cuz if I reserved so late or just costs for the best location.

Like: Had a small run in with a big rock (small boulder) which did some damage, but covered under our agreement. Did not have to use my own insurance. THANK YOU!
Dislike: Little longer than I liked checking car in but all due to my run in with a rock.
