Counter staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is a bit remote so plan your journey in advance of going for the pickup. The location is attached to a a Toyota / Kia showroom. Pickup Process was smooth and so was drop off.

When renting the car, I was upgraded from a small manual car to a larger automatic car at no extra cost. However, when returning the car, there were two small scratches on the edge of the tire which I believe were not caused by me. It seems designed so that renters won't notice them when picking up the car. Before I even reached the parking lot to return the car, two people were already waiting to inspect it. They went straight to the scratches and asked if I had purchased insurance. As I didn't purchase insurance, I was required to pay nearly 2800 yuan for the damages at the minimum rate, and I had to sign to confirm on the spot. I couldn't prove that the scratches weren't caused by me, so I had no choice but to sign. I think such business practices harm the reputation of the rental platform.

The staff were amazing. Best customer service I’ve experienced. Mitchel who served us was attentive, friendly and helpful. Didn’t get the name of the man we dropped the car off with but he was very friendly and dropped us at the terminal as we were disabled. No pushy sales, quick and efficient. Great car. Perfect experience.

Booked car originally and our flight changed to 6 hours earlier. They couldn’t change the booking time for some reason and said the only option was to cancel and rebook. Did this and the car was now £100 more expensive so had to book a smaller car. If you couldn’t amend the time on the system, I’m sure you could have contacted the hire car company to amend the time. Very poor service.

Not very satisfied with the car category. It was an unknown brand with limited space. I booked a hybrid but was given a petrol car.

The car was in excellent condition and the staff was friendly. Pickup and drop-off were quick. They didn't communicate clearly about the toll money which they charged me one month later but it was fair.

They were not as open and clear about the costs including the toll cost for the bridge we were crossing in our trip.
