Car was in good condition except both the rear tyre are totally worn out.

Poor communication between Avis and local dealer. If we are poor in korea speaking, we could not get A car during the trip. With the excellent service of the counter staff, we finally got A car which was given up by other client at that time.

Lotte and Hertz in South Korea are the same company. The rental office is located inside Incheon Airport, Terminal 1, B3, Exit 3.

The air-conditioner wasn't cool enough & we couldn't open the door on the left side of the passenger. We spent 65,000 won on gas for a 5-day trip around the whole Jeju Island. Pretty economical on fuel consumption.

The car was quite a good deal (full protection included) because of the discount given.

Just make sure the vehicle has at least fueled half tank.

Suggest to take Debit Card or Prepaid MasterCard or cash as counter payment method , because the counter only allow pay by credit card , overall good

It will be good if more discount , this car not take in terminal , need take shuttle to the rent car company

Not actually Hertz but local firm Lotte which was fine, just the wrong name on my paperwork. The confirmation clearly stated car rental pickup and drop-off "on airport" but in fact we had to go outside in the rain to board a shuttle to the depot. That was not far but not as requested nor confirmed. The final direction on their satnav took us down a side street in the opposite direction to the drop-off which was a bit confusing.

Everything is fine, however at that time, a staff is not friendly at pickup point. The rest is fine.

You need to walk a distance with your luggage to wait for the bus, which took some time to arrive. The bus information wasn't very clear, so it took a bit of time.

The car was dirty with insects in it. Interior of the car was dusty and ill-maintained.
