Prefer to have full tank during pickup and to return in full. Easier for us to start and drive to our destination while we get used to the environment before we required to search for petrol station.

To update the status of car and availability of car as some issue with car not available after booking done.

We got a brand new car, only 5000 kms on the clock. Quick response from office workers, easy to find the locations because you get directions with pictures and text. The only thing is that their English is not what you would expect from a car rental company at an international airport mostly dealing with foreign clients. Especially on the phone. But we managed alright without difficulties.

Since it’s a large rental centre, there were many people waiting... the staff that service me had good English.... The car had about 25k on the odometer and it appears that the car hasn’t been cleaned well

Love their service. But was a bit bumped with the flat tyre incident we had on day 1. They swapped car immediately but we have to purchase new insurance for the swapped car. Overall very happy

It would be great if we can pay in advance once we booked the car. Sometimes it is hard when we can only pay up at the counter when our trip companion are not from the same country. Splitting the bill is super hard with this payment arrangement.

I booked it at 3am on a Saturday to have my car picked up on Sunday with payment paid in full online. By the time I got to the pick up, they said they never received the booking. So they did not have the model of car I reserved for me. Furthermore, because they did not receive the booking from Avis/ EasyRentCars, they had me paying again and refunding me when I drop off which I did. But they couldn't refund it on my card, and I had to go back in to reconfirm that the transaction of payment was cancelled. Overall, service was good. Just that when I was picking up, the lady wasn't super nice about it despite I had all my document proofing my booking. She told me to talk to Avis myself. It was frustrating.

Le personnel de l’agence de l’aéroport international ne parlait pas du tout anglais. Très problématique ! Notamment pour expliquer le système du péage à la sortie de l’aéroport où gérer la réservation. Idem à la restitution. Pas de preuve de restitution non plus. les 2 agences très compliquées à trouver. Ajouter un panneau à l’aéroport et les coordonnées gps de l’agence à busan.

At point of booking we noticed on booking confirmation that a deposit of USD500 - 3000 may be required. However it was not collected. The amount of the required deposit is above my expectation and we do not have sufficient fund for that.

受付は日本語が通じませんでしたが、英語で誠実に対応してくれました。車両の若いスタッフも親切に対応してくれました。

The car wasn't full of fuel, one of the tires was losing air and the motor sounded like crap. We returned the car in advance, but we didn't get any discount. Could be the cheapest agency, but the rental wasn't cheap, so better off to choose another agency.

車両自体は新しいものではなかったてすが、2人には十分な大きさで空調も良く聞いて最高でした！！あと何より燃費が良くて驚きでした！スタッフも英語を話す人がいて韓国語ができなくても大丈夫です！そして、とても便利な地図アプリを紹介してくれるのでそれはぜひダウンロードしてもらいましょう！

They charged me maliciously three times for the same rental fee. When I noticed the discrepancy, I couldn't get in touch with Avis anymore. QEEQ also did nothing; two weeks have passed without any response.

I've got chevrolet instead of Kia. I believe it is a better car. Easy to drive. Just nice for 2 persons with 2 big luggages.

忙しい時期にレンタカーを使ったのかもしれませんが、車が汚れたままで貸されたのはちょっとマイナスでした。
