The staff speaks English and Mandarin, making communication easy, and their explanations are detailed.

Collecting car process was seamless and straightforward. The rental car was full of scratches that we need to take a video of it as a proof before signing off. When we returned the car, the process was speedy and no major problem.

Love the platform and the promotion given as the price is more competitive compared to other platform.

The car has scratch all over, and to fit everyone in, there is almost zero space for luggage, we all had to hold onto the luggage for the whole 1 and a half hour journey to the homestay.

Counter staff was very polite. I received whatsapp messages to inform me the shuttle bus services was over and was directed to a youtube video to know the directions to the pickup point. Video was clear and easy to understand. There were lots of scratches on the exterior of the car which can be repaired so as to improve the overall outlook of the vehicle and also for the driver. But the value and vehicle engine works well for my case, so I have nothing major to complaint.

The vehicle provided was not the model I had booked through easyrentcars.com, but it was an equivalent model, and seeing as I booked "economy", it was more than enough to get from A to B. Price was the same. Our only complaint is that the gas tank was almost empty when the car was picked up. I didn't realize until I was almost out of gas, and had to make a detour. The condition of the car was cosmetically poor (many scrapes and scratches), but that didn't matter to me for cruising the countryside. It ran well and had no mechanical problems. I was expected to document pre-existing damage to the vehicle using my own cell phone pictures, which was strange as a foreigner, but possibly normal in Korea. Huge bonus points to Tamra for being one of the only rental companies on Jeju island to rent to foreigners (non-koreans). At least one of their employees is impressively trilingual (English, Korean, Mandarin), which is a big deal for international travelers.

Car was good and when it broke down they changed in 15 mins but finding the puckup as well as call centre was not available as they start at 8 but my pick up was 6 am

The car interior cleanliness is less satisfactory. There were coffee spills on the sunshade and liquid mark in the cup holder. Dash was dusty which I guess the cleaner only cleaned the exterior.

The counter staff were not very fluent in English, leading to communication being slightly difficult. This was problematic especially as there were many things that we could not clarify. The guy who brought us to the car also did not explain much due to language barrier. Our tyre was punctured during our trip and we called the LOTTE RENT A CAR number that they provided for about at least 5 times, but no one answered the call. It was always engaged.

We called Easyrentcars when we were unable to contact LOTTE RENT A CAR when our car tyre was punctured. Although we explained quite awhile to the customer service officer, we were very thankful when she managed to get LOTTE RENT A CAR to contact us. It was great that the LOTTE lady who contacted us could speak English too. Must really compliment Easyrentcar and ChenSun (who emailed me to inform me that she contacted LOTTE to contact me) for assisting us because I am quite sure it would had been difficult to reach LOTTE through the number they provided. Thank you so much! The LOTTE lady explained about the additional fees for the insurance for the new car, and called back promptly after we sent her pictures of our destination and condition of the car. A new car was sent to our location about an hour and a half later. However the guy who came did not speak much English too but we managed to communicate a bit. He asked whether we were explained about the insurance and got me to sign some papers which were in Korean. He also managed to inform me that as we used about half the tank of fuel for the car with the punctured tyre, we would need to pay a certain amount for the fuel too. When we returned the car, they charged me an amount (i assumed was the fuel and insurance for the new car as there wasn't much explanation too, but the figures tallied approximately to the amount that i was informed about the insurance and the fuel for the previous car). I was just thankful that Easyrentcars was able to assist us in contacting LOTTE and explaining the situation to them despite the language barrier. Thank you!

My family came from Singapore to Jeju for a vacation in which we planned to see the beauty and attractions of the island. To do so we rented the car from Tamra. The overall experience we had was Excellent! I would like to highlight two unique cased related to the good service we received from Tamra and specifically from Azim, who is a senior manager in the company: 1. Upon the pickup of the car we discovered that the model I booked was not wide enough to sit 2 child seats + adult in the back. Tamra were very kind and agreed to change the model to a wider one with no extra cost and in an efficient manner. 2. On our way to the drop off, just before boarding a flight to Seoul, we had a flat tire. Azim sent a service car to handle the issue, and personally drove us to the airport without going through the process of returning the car so that we will not miss our flight.

Booking process was smooth and easy.

The rented car is spacious for 7 adults and our luggage (2 mid-size and 6 small luggage). However, the passenger door behind the driver is very hard to open and close and there are coffee stain found at the side of the passenger. Overall, the pick up and drop off procedures are very systematic and convenient. The staffs could be communicated with basic English or Chinese.

Car is new and clean. GPS is working good. Counter can speak basic English.

Booked a Kia Morning but got a Cheverolet Spark. Asked for full tank fuel but got only half a tank. Some unknown sounds from within the vehicle especially on uneven road surfaces. Otherwise pretty good. Car collection and drop off was hassle free.

I tried to get help from TAMRA helpline as I encountered some problem with the car. The person showed his impatience and replied me rudely and he didnt even make effort to help me with my problem.
