The staff's attitude was poor and they were impatient when answering questions and providing guidance.

The service attitude was okay, but later on some issues came up, causing significant losses overall. That's about it.

It was nice to be upgraded to a larger car, however the car is in need of a service. We got the car with the ‘47km to service’ light on. It was clear it needed a wheel alignment when we travelled at 100km/hr. The company said it may take up to 14 business days to return the hold on my debit card but I was pleasantly surprised to see it was returned just 2 business days later!

Their response is bad. I tried to call them to ask for the photos ofthe damaged part at the back of the van because I forgot to take photos. They said that I have to send email. I didn’t get any responses until now.

service was pretty bad, i got charged $18 dollars extra for admin fee which i was not told, when i called for explanation the manager hang up on me.
