Like: Really good customer service and the gentleman came and opened up the warehouse late at night so I could drop the car off. Dislike: The car was clean and modern, but slow. Next time I'll spend a little more money and choose a better car.
Pickup and drop-off were very fast. The staff was very friendly and took good protective measures during the pandemic. They even helped call an Uber when returning the car.
