保険の説明がもう少し詳しいと助かると思いました。 また、空港から店舗への案内がもう少し詳しくあるとさらに安心して使えると思いました。

The rental drop off is not in the airport terminal. You need to take a shuttle bus to the terminal. I told them I have lots of luggage, and it will be difficult to carry it onto the bus, so one of the Hertz team members drove me to the terminal, meaning I did not have to unload the car!

Car wasn’t ready, waited over 20 mins while multiple families checked in and left with same type of car, not given car seats and had to go back in to ask for them, associate kept making excuses, not polite

The car was excellent. Service was a little disorganized in Miami Beach location

The booking process and price was excellent. I especially liked being able to receive Aeroflot Bonus Miles for my booking.

Like: Had seen trucks at decent prices but waited to book and they went up. Surfed around and found this location and it offered truck at price I wanted. There was absolutely NO problem at counter when I picked up and drop off was easy. Would book again!!
Dislike: I would have liked a Nissan, but trucks at premium and the Silverado had a good bed size to hold all my display set-up. The truck really handled well. Had to drive mountain roads in New Mexico.
