Great customer service

There were 5 people walking around and 2 people at the register helping a family. I was in line for 30 minutes until someone else came to help me. It took 5 minutes to help me. I didn’t understand how it took 30 minutes to help the other people.

Not helpful at the counter. Had proof of insurance but would not let us leave without purchasing their insurance!

She tried selling additional insurance which was unnecessary and eventually she abandoned. Overall, it left a bad taste.

The vehicle had an invoice due with SunPass and it was impossible for me to use my SunPass device. I was afraid about it and I canceled my second reserve and I did it with Payless. It was about the same price and with no problems. The Green Motion offered me to use their Sun Pass, but the price is abusive ($ 12,00/day) - for me, it will be $ 240,00 only for device + tolls.....

We waited forever to be served. Employees walked past the line up that was out the door never addressing them or at least acknowledging them and apologizing for their wait. Poor guest engagement
