We did wait a long time to get a vehicle as the customer ahead did not have the correct booking information to hand and held up proceedings, and there was only one customer service rep serving at the time. The car had not been cleaned since the last rental, but the car performed as expected.
There is a shuttle bus that takes you from the airport to the rental store. The rental process is simple. If returning the car after service hours, you can just park it at the store's parking lot and drop the keys into the key box.
The location of ACE Rent a Car is very easy to find, and the staff are very friendly. When we went to pick up the car, the service was entirely in English, and the explanations were very detailed, especially regarding the insurance policy.
Ladies at ACE were super helpful. They advised me of a road closure which would have impacted on my business trip. Car was in excellent condition and didn't small like a usual rental car. Will be using these guys every time. Cheers
