I waited a really long time to get my car. They need an actual document showing your insurance. Visa and MasterCard are not enough. This really needs to change as it bogs down the whole exchange. Most of their customers are Chinese tourists who are accustomed to providing that but the company hasn’t yet understood how things are done in America.
It was not very convenient to go to the car rental company, needed to go to the bus stop. After arriving at the rental company, I was told that when calling I should mention I am Chinese, as Chinese customers have free airport shuttle service.
Like: I like how the shuttle picked you right up from where I was at the airport and drop me right off where I needed to be when leaving Dislike: I wish the rental car company would offer booster seats for free
