“The vehicle had an invoice due with SunPass”
About GREEN MOTION: 8.0 /10
The vehicle had an invoice due with SunPass and it was impossible for me to use my SunPass device. I was afraid about it and I canceled my second reserve and I did it with Payless. It was about the same price and with no problems. The Green Motion offered me to use their Sun Pass, but the price is abusive ($ 12,00/day) - for me, it will be $ 240,00 only for device + tolls.....

“There are hidden cost and the staff push us to get more options”

We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.

Dislike: The first shuttle driver came stoped for 1min didn't even bother to get out the car or open his door to see if anyone needed to get in and took off empty
