Chinese company - the process is more complicated and time-consuming compared to large rental companies. Service attitude needs improvement. Overall, would not recommend.
Because the order didn't show up on the car rental website, the rental company didn't remind us to cancel. After communicating, they only refunded one day's fee. The appeal process was not effective. Although it's not much money, the experience was not good. Hope it can be improved!
