We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.

“Satisfactory”

The staff was friendly and helpful but with only one person working at the counter we waited a long time for service upon pick up. Not fair to the customer or to the poor girl who had a long line of customers to serve.
About QEEQ: 8.0 /10
It was easy to book and the car was fine.

“Representative did not mention I had to pay additional fee for using their insurance.”

There were 5 people walking around and 2 people at the register helping a family. I was in line for 30 minutes until someone else came to help me. It took 5 minutes to help me. I didn’t understand how it took 30 minutes to help the other people.

Only issue was extra long wait time at airport to be picked up. Kept on hold for loooooong time when tried to call number to make sure pickup was on way - never got a person. Otherwise, excellent experience.

Charged an additional unlisted $220 for insurance deductible.... Straight robbery. According to the counter clerk it was not an optional fee. Will never use this service agai.
