Great car. Only with they had more than one agent at the counter. Took a little longer to get through the line.

The car did not have any windshield wiper fluid so I could not see out my window on ride from Orlando. Also they should put more gas in than 1/4 tank. I almost ran out. They should also tell u how to work everything. The car seemed a little outdated bc I had to lock the door with a key. Not automatic like cars these days.

I waited close to an HOUR just to have someone come to the counter to begin my car pick up. It was already reserved It felt as if I was being "sold" extras: do you want to add: gps, prepaid gas, insurance seemed to be a hugh issue since I had my own. MORE SIGNAGE needed for the pickup location. Shuttle Service was fine!

Only issue was extra long wait time at airport to be picked up. Kept on hold for loooooong time when tried to call number to make sure pickup was on way - never got a person. Otherwise, excellent experience.

She tried selling additional insurance which was unnecessary and eventually she abandoned. Overall, it left a bad taste.
