We booked an economy car, Toyota Yaris or similar. We got a Toyota Vitz, no worries there. But the car was from 2012, had no Bluetooth connection, no AUX and no USB-port for charging. And it was an imported Japanese car which meant the radio only worked in the FM-range of 76-90 MHZ and so you couldn't even listen to music that way. You could find a station for a minute or two but reception was BAD!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible pick up experience. Rude staff. Tried to charge us our excess for insurance up front (claimed miscommunication). 7pm at night and the rude staff member tells us we need to go elsewhere. Another member of staff came to speak with us 10 mins later and finalised the pick up.
Car radio didn't work. Wasn't in english so we couldn't use for our whole trip
The car was dirty and almost fallen apart - left car didn't close completely and right one didn't lock at all. The trunk door stuck most of the time. The back wheel made terrible sounds that everyone on the street were looking at us. I have no idea how did they pass WOF. Guy on the counter had very strong Chinese accent and have to ask him many times
