The vehicle had an invoice due with SunPass

I needed to contact someone in order to change pick up time during my arrival to Orlando's MCO Airport but no one ever pick the telephone when I called. Awful service support-they advertised 24hr call service available. All they had was an answering machine with no return call or live support.

I was hesitant to try Green Motion since I’ve never heard of the brand but it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly.

The price offered was very reasonable and cheaper than the more popular third party brands. I like the significant price differences with protection vs. not.

The car was fine, the over charges noted below says a lot. Staff at counter did not care

did not have my car at rental time gave me a van but a banged up one long wait because I booked outside of green motion web site but was pleased with the experience. took more than 1 hr to get on the road. from arrival at airport. waited 45 minutes for shuttle. then at the rental desk at least 30 minutes. ladies who helped me tried to get through it as quick as they could and were very nice.

She tried selling additional insurance which was unnecessary and eventually she abandoned. Overall, it left a bad taste.
