Unable to provide better condition vehicle unless paid extra for upgrade. Only drive 800m and car exhaust was banging..poss missing rubber bush...so on returning to desk was provided with same model in much better condition!

“Brand new car, swift and efficient service”

Took about 20 minutes to collect, but that's about normal. Staff pleasant, didn't try and hard sell and the car we were given was brand new. Drop off was easy and seamless. Overall fantastic.
