Extra fees

Excellent car and service onsite. Pick up and drop off for terminal C was not part of the ‘normal schedule’ though which made things slower than I have experienced elsewhere. Sort this and it was great.

I had a very bad experience with Green Motion on pickup. Due to weather in my departure city I arrived early and tried to pick up my car 4 hours early. I was more than willing to add an extra day to my rental at the rate I booked with you. The counter personnel was rude and then told me it would be $200.00 to get a car 4 hours early. I waited the 4 hours and then they charged me more than agreed upon in my rental agreement with easyrentcars.com. You are reimbursing me in the next couple of days. It was a lot of hassle and extra effort. I would prefer not to use Green motion in the future. This is the 4th time I have used easyrentcars in the past 8 months and I do think you are a good company but should stop using Green Motion.

When we booked on easycar rents it said the total was about $100 but once on location we were charged over $400 and weren’t allowed to use our own insurance. The car was full of scratches. No power locks or windows that was an extra charge.

A) Difficult to find pick up location. b) Slow shuttle c) Over 1 hour to check in-1 person at the counter-Did not even acknowledge we were there. d) Car had dents and chipped windshield. e) Won't be using this company again. Not customer focused at all. f) Since it took so long to check in my plans had to be cancelled. G) worst car rental experience I have ever had. H0 Person at the counter had no proof of car insurance.
