When we collected the car we asked if possible to add another driver for two weeks only. We were told not a problem. No other information was given out or offered. On returning the car we were charged an extra $400 dollars for the extra driver! The extra driver could have hired their own car for that cost. Why were we not that the cost would be so high?

I booked the car with a full tank return policy, but they tricked me into returning it empty. They charged me for 13 gallons of fuel for a 10-gallon tank, claiming the charge was based on the average for that type of vehicle, not the actual model.
