Booking is good, price fair, not enough counter help. Wait way too long for service. People were nice tho.

Arrived around 7:00PM on a Saturday. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful, but kept getting distracted by phone calls because he was the only one at the counter. When we finished our check-in, he ran all the way through the lot to pull our car up. I could tell that he felt badly that it took so long - not his fault. Excellent service on his part.
