The first impression was terrible and uninviting by counter staff, (as we walked in he was arguing with another customer as they didn't have their baby chair as promised) but we hoped for better situation as we had no special requirements. Once it came down to pay deposit, the gentleman didn't want to accept my card since it was not embossed and argued it cannot go through payment even without trying. After 510 minutes of persuading to try he called someone on the phone and it was suddenly possible to process. Car was in good technical condition, however we found the items from previous owner and inside and was not cleaned inside at all.
The QEEQ driving license translation number is the license number, but they said it should be the ID number and that my translation wasn't standard. Luckily, I had my Hong Kong driving license. What a close call!

I get a replacement Holden car which is better than the original Toyota car. It takes me longer than expected for returning the car. It may be due to that it is being the busiest time of the day especially on a public holiday.

Like: In melbourne visiting my son and needed a car with plenty of space to pick up shopping for new apartment. Easy booking on the website and easy pick up. Allowed us to return the car to a different location closer to our accommodation. Dislike: A little slow at pick up due to only 1 staff member on duty.
