Pickup is very convenient. The staff helped us operate the self-service terminal, so no need to wait in line at the counter, which was great! Returning the car was even simpler; you drive to the return location, the staff verifies your name, and you can just get off and grab your luggage. The car condition was quite good too. I drove a mid-sized JEEP with just 13,000 miles.

Originally we ordered Dodge Van but Alamo Counter staff suggest for bigger car, then we choosed Toyota Sienna which is fulfilled our needs. But during the usage, car required maintenance message appear.
