The service was enthusiastic, but the car selection was very limited. I had to pay extra to choose a higher class vehicle.

Overall service was excellent! The biggest issue was the language barrier, but I had a translator device. The staff was very patient.

This car rental company forced us to buy insurance. We told them we had already purchased insurance through the rental platform, but their response was: either buy the insurance or cancel the contract and sign a new one at a different price. We eventually had to negotiate with the platform to refund the insurance and buy their expensive insurance.

Promotes insurance and does not provide the advertised model. Requested a car change but they were unwilling.
