Ok..Did not get the car I reserve or similar.

The car was almost brand new, no problems at all with the car, the only problem was that i was not given unlimited mileage as advertised

Very easy service, and points are icing on the cake

Brand new car , competitive prices in comparison with other rental companies

Offers better than other websites especially if a coupon is used

I am still waiting to be reimbursed for my deposit two weeks later

The transfer from airport was good, but the pick-up process in the office was very poor. It took too long and communication was not good. We were totally confused by the directions given which we thought included the toll road into Toronto. When we happened to see a notice about the penalties for using the toll road, we were then told that that the instructions were NOT to use the toll road. We then decided to add a GPS which meant a further delay and a change of vehicle.

Like: the trip was really good the van was comfortable the price was awesome
Dislike: The van rotors needs to be change.
