The rented car exceeded my expectations. I received a new car in less than 10 minutes, the lady at the reception desk being very kind and helpful. I can't hope for anything better, even if the car doesn't rent directly from the airport parking (in this case the price could reach double). But the rental center is close to the airport and it is easy to arrive by a free shuttle bus from Viscount link train between the terminals station.
Car provided wasn't as advertised. The car received was good but I needed more space for bags, hence had to take more trips and cost me more.
The pick up wait was over an hour.
The drop off time was smooth and quick.
If you could lower your prices more, this would help me book more.
Like: We were anxious to come to a new city and not know where we were going to; the GPS made the trip effortless and pleasurable. We were able to enjoy exploring different areas of Toronto, Cambridge and Kitchener to mention a few places...feeling confident and comfortable at all times. Staff was helpful and cheerful at all times.
