The Chinese language service is nice and very helpful. Changing the drop-off location was also smooth, but there was a charge that wasn't clearly explained over the phone. The entire car rental process with ALAMO was very quick, and the staff were extremely polite and considerate, even reminding us to drive carefully in the snow. When I returned the car, I accidentally left my luggage in the vehicle. By the time I went back to retrieve it, the staff were already waiting with my luggage in hand. I will definitely choose ALAMO again in the future!
