Green Motion was the best value for a newer car for the lowest price. Dislike: The upsell on toll booth pass was a bit much. The person said he couldn't say if all the toll booths had manual lanes. What? On public highways? Bad tactic. We skipped that add on. Also the GPS unit was left in our car from the previous renter. We promptly returned it before leaving to make sure we weren't charged daily for it.
