It was good. We felt pressure to return it clean, but that was ok. Overall it was a good experience

Very satisfied, but the pick-up time was quite long, took about an hour. The staff inquired about our two-day stay in Los Angeles and the general range of our trip, and suggested we rent an electric car. This saved me the trouble of having to refuel (when returning) since my English isn't very good.

The service was great, the shuttle bus driver was really cool, and the car was in good condition.

Budget is always friendly and efficient. I try to use them whenever I can.
