The tire had a leak. They just inflated it and said the problem was solved, refused to change the car. After a day, the tire went flat again, had to go to a repair shop to fix it! Extremely irresponsible!

Overall experience exceeded my expectations. Only issue was the ~40 minute wait for the shuttle bus from the car rental center at O’Hare. Returning the care was very quick and easy thanks to a guy not working behind the counter, otherwise I would have been waiting in line for probably 20-30 minutes.
Like: I got an excellent price for my rental vehicle, and they upgraded me for free. It was awesome Dislike: There were a few things that I did not know when I rented the vehicle that I would need to show proof of, so making the customer aware of that would be appropriate
