Their response is bad. I tried to call them to ask for the photos ofthe damaged part at the back of the van because I forgot to take photos. They said that I have to send email. I didn’t get any responses until now.
We spent 8 days in Melbourne. The car was pretty good. There were basically no issues. The staff were also nice. Even on Christmas Eve, they were still serving us. It felt great. We can continue to use their services.
It was ok. Was a little troublesome getting to the location off the airport, especially for travellers, but overall was not too bad.
One comment though, the car came with an empty tank. That was a little stressful at the start.
The condition of the car asthetically was bad. Scratches and dings around the car. Booked a Toyota kluger but ended with a Nissan Pathfinder which was dated and old.
Like: Overall is easy and smooth process, although location is not at airport.
