Great rates for a functional and clean car

The store was very busy when I went to pick up the car, but it was well managed and the staff were very friendly. By the time I got to pick up my car, the originally booked model was no longer available. After negotiating, the store manager upgraded me to a Porsche Cayenne for a small additional fee. After returning the car, I carelessly left my wallet in the car. Even though the staff had finished work, they delivered it to my hotel at around 11 PM and firmly refused to accept any service fee. Encountering such a good company and warm service in a foreign country, along with the beautiful scenery of Australia, made it all very worth it. I strongly recommend Aucar.

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR

Once we got served, the service was great - novel approach to establishing car condition at start of rental. They took photos of car exterior and sent them to me on what’s app.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The car was damaged and had noted damage stickers ALL over the vehicle which was embarrassing when the vehicle was parked to think people might have thought we were bad drivers. The vehicle itself was dirty with crushed biscuits and cheese in the back.

Dislike: More information in initial booking regarding pickup location and also insurance add-ons would be good.
