The car and service were great. For a cheap rental the car even had satnav. I will use them again. Google maps did take me to the wrong location for Great Rentals (around the back where there is no entrance)

1. It was a Nissan, not a Toyota; 2. The company phone line was disconnected; 3. Audio system and GPS was only in Japanese; 4. The lighter's fuse was blown.

Hard to find pick up location. Staff were rude. Charged $500 at pick up that is not outlined in T&Cs that gets returned after 20 days, they refused to take credit card, this is not a normal process when hiring cars. They made me check the car for damage in the rain. Tried charging me for a window crack no bigger than 1mm that was not caused by myself. Take a week to respond to emails. Would not recommend.

Great service all over! the best prices around and really nice cars too!! we were younger renters and wasn’t aware we needed a credit card for a big deposit as it was but it worked out all good and we’re super amazed with everything
