Disappointing, but doable.

I was disappointed that the location had no sedans even though my reservation was confirmed. I was then assigned a pickup truck, but since I was there for a funeral that wouldn't work so they assigned me a van because vans were all that was left. The vehicle was okay, but the odor in the van was not pleasant. I did not complain since it was late and I was just happy to get started for the hotel. My bill should be $275.79 and on my temporary transactions I see a pending bill for $475.79. If it doesn't correct wen fully posted I will be filing a complaint. Lorenzo the agent was pleasant and professional. Thank you.

Counter wasn't too busy, got the car I reserved, which isn't always the case. No difficulty locating my reservation.

Since QEEQ includes some insurance, one doesn't need to spend so long at the counter as they try to sell you more extras. Price was still very good.

The staff at the Austin Downtown pick up office were extremely polite, courteous and professional. Special mention to Adolph who made the car return effortless and seemed genuinely pleased that we had a great experience. He engaged in polite conversation asked how our holiday went and what we thought of the car. A star man and a credit to Budget.

“Booking was easy budget was a nightmare!”

Waited a long time to get to the counter....when finally spoke to someone, processs was quick but waited over 45 minutes outside for a shuttle to take us to the place we picked up our car. It was not marked properly and was difficult to locate with no one giving any direction.
