Great service, although the wait time was a bit long. I waited nearly an hour that day.

Basically no need to queue.

The pickup efficiency is pretty good, but they usually try to sell you a full insurance package.

Europcar doesn't have its own counter and uses A's. Though there were few people, there were numerous upsells. They said regardless of heading north or south from the airport, you'll hit toll roads, and if you don't pay, you'll be fined 25 dollars. Just a lot of upselling.
