The service during pickup was fine, but during return, we encountered a Chinese girl for the car inspection who didn't say a word throughout. After dropping us off at the airport, she didn't help with the luggage, which was okay, but she didn't say anything or get out of the car. She didn't even greet us. The basic service was not met, very different from our experience in Auckland. Please improve, thank you.

The window had an issue and wouldn't roll up, but it was fixed promptly, and they proactively offered a replacement vehicle.

We hired a Yaris and it was awesome! Cheap, easy to drive, comfortable and smooth. Pick up from airport was easy, drop off was easy. I’m going through Yesaway again. I think they will be my one stop rental car shop from now on. Twice hired through them and both times very successful.
