The car was clean but the fuel tank wasn't full. The car company argued that it was same to same when the booking document clearly mentioned that it is full to full. The staff at drop-off was quite helpful

Thanks for your comment getting back to us. If the fuel tank is full when picking up the car, please drop off with full; If it's not, please return with the same level. It took at least an hour to pick up the car! The procedures were very lengthy! They charged 60 euros for insurance for two days, which is outrageously expensive! Returning the car was also very slow! Make sure to allow plenty of time, or you'll miss your flight!

It was on the avegage level. I am not satisfied with the staff, they were not flexible, i could only leave the deposit with one bank account and so i had to pay 300 EUR insurance fee to cover the deposit.

The price was 7€ however they wanted to block 1800€ on my CC incase of anything that happens to the car, which is a huge amount and of course I didn't have almost 2000€ , so the other option was to pay 81€ for the car insurance and they would only block 300€ then. So the car rental price was expensive at the end but there was no other options.
