The €500 deposit was not refunded; the rental company is deceptive! We had already informed them verbally about cross-border travel when signing the contract, and it was noted in the order. However, when returning the car, they claimed there was no record of cross-border travel and refused to refund the deposit.
Like: Smooth and efficient transportation. No additional charges was imposed for my 70+ age Dislike: I had to pay for the GPS although it is a built in system
