Returning the car was inconvenient and stressful because I had a flight to catch.

There is no office at the airport. I called the rental company and waited a long time for them to arrive. The office is a ten-minute drive from the airport. The car had no fuel, and I had to refuel it myself. This company seems very small and unreliable. I do not recommend it. Picking up the car took too much time. It's better to rent from a company that has an office at the airport.

They tried to upsell additional services. The staff aggressively recommended us to buy extra insurance for 39 euros.

This is a fraudulent company. We bought insurance for 520 euros at the store, had a minor collision on the way and reported it to the police on site. The police issued a handling email to the car rental company at the scene. After returning the car, 850 euros were deducted from our credit card for repair fees. The car rental company said we did not report the incident to the police, so the insurance couldn't compensate!

A no frills car rental experience. I really appreciated the easy pick up and drop off with staff meeting us at the airport. This was great!
