Very satisfied. I accidentally left my suitcase at the rental company, but after traveling 300 kilometers back, they had kept it safe for me.

Helpful and suggested we switch to a larger car after seeing our luggage. After carefully considering the actual size, we ultimately decided not to choose the larger car.

Large car rental company, the counter is prominently located at the airport. However, the contact number is never answered, which is very frustrating. Recommended for those with previous car rental experience. The counter staff's introduction during rental was very vague, with no details about the car, possibly assuming everyone has extensive driving and rental experience.

The service was excellent both during pickup and return of the car. The car we received was newer than expected and in great condition. Our 9-day trip from Sydney to the Great Ocean Road and back was perfect! We will definitely rent from Thrifty again.
