I don't understand why AVIS ranks so high on the rental car platform, it's so fake. The AVIS staff had a bad attitude and charged extra fees. The car was supposed to be 66 dollars, but they charged me over 130. It took an hour of negotiation to correct the bill! When returning the car, they charged an additional 20 dollars. Only when I asked at the counter did I learn that they added fuel charges despite agreeing to return it with a full tank. The service was really poor!

The service attitude of Americans is generally average, but they become more enthusiastic after opening up.

Too many people, inefficient service. The reserved model was unavailable, no free upgrade offered. Initially, they said we could switch to Subaru Forester without extra charge, but later charged us $250 after generating the invoice. We refused and were then offered a K5, but when picking up the car, it turned out to be a Subaru Legacy. Extremely poor experience!!! Please provide a complaint channel!!

Average service, finding the car with the pick-up slip was troublesome.
