I am very sorry for your unhappy experience. Ussually, you need to return your vehicle on your drop off time. You need pay extra extendantion fee if you want to extend your rental. This extendantion fee will be charged by supplier and it will be difference with your reservation on our website.

The store inexplicably charged an extra 50 USD after I signed some forms. I reserved a Toyota, but they told me none were available and gave me a Nissan instead. Their attitude was so-so. There was no staff to assist with car pickup, and there were no clear signs. I had to find the car myself in a large parking structure. Hertz's service is really lacking.
