This extendantion fee will be charged by supplier and it will be difference with your reservation on our website.
The main issue was that it took an hour to pick up the car. The female staff member was extremely inefficient. If this had happened in China, there probably would have been an argument already. I don't understand why everything had to be recorded twice.
There was one man working, a line of people out the door, and unhappy customers everywhere. The first car they put me in was completely unclean and stank terribly of cigarette smoke. I had to ask for a different car, as I am a singer. They said they only thing left was this crappy Kia that had not been cleaned and had no gas. Because I was in a hurry after waiting an hour, I had to take it. What a mess.....
