Terrible car

The Europcar office is easy to find, instruction provided to pick up and drop off car is very clear and useful. Customer service is very helpful and polite. The SUV car I rented is pretty new and spacious, my kids like it very much. We really enjoyed the trip, double thumbs up for Europcar :).

I got the best car rental deal through QEEQ which was recommended by my friend. The platform is easy to use and always provide useful information and timely reminders. This will be my first choice moving forward and will recommend to my friends.

Europcar has different car classes as advertised on easyrentcar. I booked a RAV4 but Europcar would not give me one for the price. They would only give me a Mitsubishi ASX. Had to pay 2x the advertised price for the correct size and class vehicle. Not happy at all. Get this fixed.

Great booking experience, no fuss.

Rented the car from Melbourne airport. Even though it was close to mid night both the staff members at the main counter were very helpful. They were quick in providing the rental cars. Got KIA CERATO in a clean condition. Also requested for a baby seat which the staff already arranged for in-advance. Document check and other formalities were quickly completed. During return the staff was available at the Drop-off zone. They confirmed the full fuel indicator and also took a photo as confirmation. Gave enough time to take out stuff from the car. Overall it was a very nice experience, unlike to few reviews which i read previously. Great going guys, will rent again from Europcar when needed.

I found this site very well priced compared to other website which provide similar car rent services. In-fact for the same car service provider EasyRentcars provide a much better price (including for Full-protection insurance which covers all the things). I have bookmarked the link to use it again.

Good as always. Clean and reliable and flexible service.

Much cheaper than other websites so we were skeptical at first but it worked out well and Europcar provided the car with no issues.

Paying for additional driver was not expected
