Beware of this shady company! The staff charged me for expensive insurance without informing me and tricked me into signing for it, which ended up being more expensive than the rental cost itself.
This isn't the first time I've used this rental company, and I've always been quite satisfied. The cars are relatively new, and the paperwork process is quick. However, this time picking up the car at LGA airport, the African American female service agent took a lot of time and couldn't get it done. She kept asking about the driver's license address. Eventually, a manager came out and resolved everything in ten seconds. Returning the car at JFK airport was very efficient, took less than a minute.
Thrifty has a good staff, they aren't insist too much for selling any other options. You feel free.
