Al llegar por el auto se me hizo saber que para Europcar el seguro que había contratado por AXA no era valido y que solo tenia responsabilidad civil para terceros. Que si me lo queria llevar deberia dejar un depsoito de 14,000 USD o su equivalente en moneda nacional o contratar un seguro con Europcar de 1,207 pesos por los 2 días. Por tal razon me vi obligado a pagar este segurio adicional a pesar que con QEEQ habia pagado mi seguro.

La experiencia con QEEQ siempre ha sido satisfactoria pero no hay comunicación entre cliente, aseguradora y QEEQ, ya que esto que me paso que me solicitan dejar un desposito de 14,000 USD o pagar un seguro cuando ya lo había contratado NO DEBERIA DE SER. Por lo que pido la devolución de esta cantidad porque al final pague DOBLE SEGURO. Adicional se me habia hecho saber que tenia un bono por 30 USD en mi proxima reserva y cuando hice este reserva esta posibilidad de uso no me fue posible aplicarla. Espero devolución del este pago doble de seguro.

The service was quite good, with no upselling whatsoever. We simply paid the deposit and took the car. However, the vehicle was a bit old and worn out. I always thought Mexicans might be inefficient, but it turned out to be fine. Our car tire got punctured by a nail in Guanajuato. We contacted the local car rental office at 11 a.m., and since none of the local staff spoke English, we communicated via WhatsApp. By 1 p.m., they arrived at our parking spot, inflated the tire, then drove to a nearby repair shop for inspection and patched the tire. By 2 p.m., the car was returned to us. Considering the complete language barrier, the entire process was handled very satisfactorily.

The car was not ready when i arrive, so he had to leave the shop and I had to wait in front of the shop that he get the car (over 1 hour) when he arrive it was with a car smaller than i had ordered, but did not want to wait anymore so I took it, but it is not ok, when I have reseved it and was there on time for the reservation.
