My credit card provides insurance for rental cars in Mexico. So I had printed a letter that I had received from my Credit Card Provider saying that the insurance will be covered by my Credit Card Provider. But Europcar did not accept that letter. They told me that you have to show an extra letter from Carta De La Comision Nacional De Seguros Y Finanzas. I told them that based on what is mentioned on the internet, a letter from my bank saying that my insurance is covered is enough, but they insisted that they will not give me the car if I do not buy insurance from Europcar. So I had to pay them 250 dollars extra to get the car.

I had booked a 7-seater Tiguan, but when I arrived, it was unavailable. They offered me a choice between a Suzuki Ertiga and a Kia Rio. Although the Suzuki Ertiga has seven seats, its price is significantly lower than the Tiguan, the car is small and dirty, and it wasn’t even cleaned properly at the time of pickup, requiring a wait. They insisted it was a comparable model, which was perplexing. So, I downgraded to the Kia Rio, which was slightly newer. I ended up spending 1600 per day to rent a compact Kia.

Es fraude esta página de rentas ,, pague por adelantado la renta del auto y el seguro , y cuando llegue a recoger el auto , me lo negaron y me dijeron que tenía que volver a pagar todo, Tanto reserva del auto como el seguro .. Me dijeron que los pagos que se hacen por internet son mentira y que siempre es lo mismo aquí en Mexico .. Pésima experiencia la que me lleve .. con EUROPCAR y la página de QEEQ.COM

When we arrived, they said there were no cars available, and then took us to another rental company KMG. The car had scratches everywhere, and it was hard to document them all. Later, when returning the car, the young guy claimed that a certain spot was damaged by us, but we were very careful and had no incidents at all. He tried to charge us an extra 200 pesos service fee, which was never mentioned before. They deducted money from my card, and my friend's credit card was also charged, so we paid twice! Extremely satisfied, Miss Vanessa from customer service was professional, enthusiastic, and quick. There was no extra upselling. She was the best customer service representative of our entire South American trip, much better than the car rental company at Cancun Airport. Thank you again.
