Lisbon location is a scam. When dropping off the car, they charge us for a microscopic spot on the edge of the door which was already there when we rented it out. It wasn't even visible, other clients agreed with us that it wasn't visible but the attendant told us it was our fault and charged us. Either we pay that amount or they will charge us more. Luckily we had the insurance from QEEQ but also from our credit card so we managed to get it back. But be very careful when renting from this location. I had rented from the Pisa location and all good.

There are only two staff members, and each customer takes 20 minutes. Being third in line means waiting for more than half an hour. When I arrived at the airport, the rental company didn't answer the phone. I had to call twice before they picked up on the third call.
The car was clean but the fuel tank wasn't full. The car company argued that it was same to same when the booking document clearly mentioned that it is full to full. The staff at drop-off was quite helpful

The rental process is terrible: the waiting time, conditions (no air conditioning and seating area), return process (I had to chase the person receiving the cars). The rental staff treats you like you owe them something, not respectful and ready to provide a service you have paid for.
Besides cleanness, cars technical condition is deplorable: 1st failed on the second day, 2nd had a punctured tire, 3rd had a missing wiper blade (which I discovered on the road - serious safety issue). The 3rd was a smaller size luggage space and we had to travel with a seat blocked by suitcases. I had to pick up the 4th car 70km from my destination and spend 1/2 day on the process. I left a 1/4 tank in the process for which, I have not been reimbursed - I was told to contact Easyrentcars. I will never use Surprice again.
Everything was OK beside two thibgs: the toll device was a hidden cost (1.2€/day) and they only work until 8pm... Has to pay 35 euro extra for overtime since my plane was late.
