The front desk service was good, fast, and convenient; the process was simple. However, the staff tried to sell me damage insurance for damages under 1000 euros twice, despite me telling them I had already purchased insurance through another platform. They insisted they were not aware of it and made me sign a waiver. They offered me a Kia instead of the reserved car. After multiple discussions, they said it was the only model available and since I had to drive over 200 kilometers at night to another city, I had no choice. The car was new with only about 200 kilometers on the odometer.
