Easy car pickup

The car was in great condition and very new.

Located inside the airport, walkable distance, and offers an extra driver for free.

The Ezi counter is located inside the Christchurch airport's arrival hall, and the car is parked in a rental car lot less than a 5-minute walk away. You pick up the keys and inspect the car yourself, as there are no staff present at the pick-up site, which is slightly inconvenient. There is a Chinese-speaking staff member at the counter who is diligent but rather cold and expressionless throughout the process.

The rental company is very punctual about the scheduled pick-up time. They won't let you pick up the car even 5 minutes early, which made me wait at the counter for almost 2 hours (because I arrived one flight earlier). Additionally, I booked a Mitsubishi Outlander but received a Hyundai i35 instead, which they called a free upgrade. I do not agree with this.
