“Do not rent from Dollar, long wait times, insurance upselling, few service locations, not cheap”
About Dollar: 2.0 /10
Forced insurance upselling, small company, long wait times for the car and long processing times, over an hour. Few service locations in other areas, strongly advised not to use. Even calling the customer service hotline was useless; they pushed the idea that more insurance means better protection. In the end, it was not as cost-effective as renting a larger car with full insurance.
