Our flight was delayed by a day so our original car wasn’t available and we were told only an upgrade was available costing $$$ over the original quote. Very disappointing as I rang QEEQ prior and was advised the same or smaller car would be available
It cost me $700 extra over the original booking for 4 days hire !!!

We got stung by Europcar as booked car not available despite advice received from QEEQ rep it would be. We missed a day booking due to cancelled flights but no credit provided
Fastest and most efficient pick up and drop off that I have found at Heathrow ever-and I travel a lot and have hired many cars.Car was ready and clean and performed perfectly for the entire 25 days

For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.

Really disappointed with Europcar. Was told on arrival that they only have a Vauxhall Mokka, rather than the Qashqai. "Offered" an upgrade to an XC90, at just £90 per day as my choice wasn't available. Then offered a mercedes at an extra 50 per day. Still wanted my choice but was told the Mokka is the same. It definitely is not
Like: Help at drop off section by the staff. They expressed we could drop off the car and leave the keys and parking tag in the morning and need to drop the car at night.
